We offer free standard shipping on every order to anywhere in Australia. No minimum purchase required.

Express Shipping ($6.95 AUD)
- Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Full tracking included
- Available Australia-wide

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your package at any time using the link provided.

International shipping

At this time, AuraSom™ ships to Australia only. We're working on expanding to other countries soon.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days (standard) or 10 business days (express), please contact us at support@aurasom.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.
