30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We stand behind AuraSom™ with a 30-day money back guarantee, no questions asked. If you're not completely satisfied with your sleep mask, we'll refund every cent.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a full refund. Simply email us at support@aurasom.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.
How to request a refund
1. Email support@aurasom.com with your order number
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Once we confirm your request, your refund is processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition
- The 30-day guarantee period starts from the date of delivery
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@aurasom.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different colour, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.
European Union customers
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. This is in addition to our 30-day guarantee.
